Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) This paper defines the instantaneous effective value that expands the effective value of the current to instantaneous time or the control period. This paper explains the physical meaning of the instantaneous effective value with PWM control of the current source inverter as an example. The real-time selection scheme of the PWM pattern to suppress the input current harmonics of the matrix converters is derivered by using the instantaneous effective value theory. The effectiveness of the proposed selection method of the PWM pattern using the instantaneous effective value has been verified by experiments.
