Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) In this study, spatial distribution of reflection loss of an one layred type wave absorber is analyzed by using FDTD method. As a result, it is confirmed that the reflection loss decreases and the difference between the near and far-field regions increases as the size of the absorber becomes smaller. Moreover, it shows the tendency that reflection loss converges to a theoreical value in the far-field region though it shows leap in the near-field region. This result agrees with the experimental results and the efficacy of this analysis is verified. Average difference between these results is about 2 decibel.
