Abstract(in English) We are developing large area flexible Organic-TFT (OTFT) array. Distortion of film substrate due to the thermal process is a critical issue. So, we have developed new technique on controlling the distortion within 30ppm, and fabricated OTFT array with printing process. As a result, we have succeeded in active matrix drive of QR-LPD with the use of printed OTFT array.
