Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) De-blurring in moving areas on hold-type displays, such as LCDs, is studied, taking it into consideration that a TV signal is a sampled one in the temporal domain, and the blur is due to aperture effect. To realize it, compensation by a non-recursive frame-to-frame filter with a constant parameter is proposed. Simulation makes it clear the blur is reduced.
