Abstract(in English) The student practical experiment is an important subjects to confirm and understand knowledge deeply obtained from lectures We have proposed new system based on individualized experiment booth and web based instruction manual. In this paper, we evaluate process observing system for individualized experiment by analyzing the access pattern, observing time for web manual and correlation between before and after manual page that is changed by subjects to forward next procedure.
