A Student Portfolio for Supporting the Prior Tutor Guidance

Abstract(in English) In the study guidance of the universities, the teacher analyzes the cause of defective results of each student, and advises the student for improving his/her study predicaments. However, in this method, the student cannot be cared until the his/her study plan failed. Therefore, we develop a new support system for the prior tutor guidance. The system informs the student's study predicaments to him/her and the teacher regularly by observing the study situation of the student, and an early support is achieved. In this paper, it proposes the student portfolio that manages information on the student such as study predicaments, and his/her profiles.
