Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) This manuscript reports a procedure and results of probabilistic analysis of delay-locked loops used in quasi-synchronous DS/CDMA communication. Considering spreading sequences as random binary sequences, we derive a stochastic difference equation describing the behavior of 1-Δdelay-locked loops. From the equation, we obtain an evolutional equation set in terms of the moments of the states of the delay-locked loops. The steady solution of the equation set includes the power of steady phase jitter of the delay-locked loops. Since the parameters of the equation set reflect the statistical properties of the spreading sequences, dependence of the jitter performance on the properties of the sequence can be realized. The jitter performance obtained by solving the equation set is validated by numerical simulation of the delay-locked loops in multiple user environment.
