| Abstract(in English) | This paper describes the scaling-up and improvement of HCgorilla, which is made by unifying a multimedia mobile processor named Gorilla and a hardware cryptography-embedded processor RAP (Random Addressing Processor). The implemented chip HCgorilla018v3 uses a 0.18-um CMOS standard cell library by Rohm. HCgorilla018v3 is compared with HCgorilla035 and HCgorilla018 so far developed. |
