Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Due to the rapid growth of the electric systems, efficient and lowpower designs have been highly required. To satisfy these requests, high accurate and high efficient power analysis, to apply lowpower optimization in higher abstraction level, is very important. This paper proposes the new algorithm and discuss about new method to realize high-accuracy power estimation which uses LUT. It reduces the size of LUT, compared to conventional model, and reduces the characterization time to extract the feature of input signal to one tenth. Experimental results show that in most of the circuits, the average and worst-case errors of our model are at most 9%, 92%, respectively.
