Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) We propose an automatic endocardium tracing method by applying Active Contour Models in two stages. Initial contour have been prepared for each data using the 3D cardio logical model. Adaptive mitral valve detection improves the accuracy of contour detection around valve. Experimental result using normal case and three disease cases have shown the effectiveness of the proposed method.
