Optimization of Switching Rule in DC/AC Inverter by PSO

Abstract(in English) This paper studies an optimization method of switching rule in DC/AC inverter by Particle Swarm Optimization. In the method we apply the PSO to optimal switching angles on the time domain in DC/AC inverter. Total Harmonic Distortion (THD) is used in an objective function value in the PSO. Performing basic numerical simulation and comparing with traditional sub-harmonic method, advantages of our method is considered.
