Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) In this paper, we propose a new method for analyzing the music automatically by melody analysis from audio signal. We extract the acoustic features by melody analysis. The proposed method considers music genres as the measure of music analysis. Then, we classify using multi-class classifiers based on support vector machine (SVM). Furthermore, we propose a visualization method of the musical structure by music genres. In order to show the effectiveness of proposed method, we demonstrate simulation examples.
