Abstract(in English) | For the society of ubiquitous sensor network, a development of smart microchip, which is integrated sensors, signal processing circuits, RF circuits and memories, is very important. To realize these developments, we have investigated the integration technologies of sensors, MEMS devices and LSI circuits. In this presentation, we will presented several smart microchips developing in Electron Device Research Center of Toyohashi University of Technology. |
