Abstract(in English) | We fabricated pentacene transistors with top contact geometry using inkjet-printed source and drain electrodes. With controlling waveforms that are applied to piezoelectric actuators in the inkjet heads, the volume of droplets of Ag nanoparticle inks ejected from the heads can be changed from 17 to 1.4pl. The manufactured transistors exhibit the field-effect mobility of 0.3cm^2/Vs and the on-off current ratio exceeding 10^6. |
