Abstract(in English) The research and development of the cognitive radio which aims the improvement of the frequency utilization efficiency and the total throughput by using wireless resources adaptively according to its operational environment has been advanced in many research institutes. NICT has been promoting Cognitive Wireless Clouds (CWC) as a cognitive wireless network that fulfills the above-mentioned objectives. CWChas the user-centric concept selecting the optimal radio resources among several operators according to the each user's preferences, and also achieves the scalability by autonomous distribution. In this paper, we have introduced our implementation of a cognitive radio evaluation system based on the CWC architecture, and showed the basic evaluation results using the system.
