Abstract(in English) | DCT coefficients of images are considered as uncorrelated random noise sequences stochastically, however, they have kept some features which are correspond to geometrical structure of images. We have proposed an image reconstruction method by preserving the extracted structural features in DCT coefficients. In this paper, it is presented that efficient method to preserve features and a region selection method based on the extracted features. |
