| 抄録(和) | 近年、同一携帯端末を用いて、衛星移動通信ネットワークのサービスエリアをカバーできないエリアを、衛星と同一周波数を利用した地上ネットワークで補完する、ATC(Ancillary Terrestrial Component)を用いた衛星通信が注目されている。このATC衛星通信と同様のコンセプトに基づき、我が国においても、携帯端末を衛星/地上で共用し、災害時にも確実な通信を確保できる「衛星/地上統合移動通信システム」が提言されており、周波数有効利用と衛星・地上複合端末の実現という観点から、衛星/地上システムの周波数共用が期待されている。本報告では、「衛星/地上統合移動通信システム」において、衛星/地上システムで周波数共用を行う場合のセル構成について検討した結果を述べる。衛星搭載アンテナの指向性パタンより周波数共用条件を導出し、衛星セルで使用する周波数を地上セルで再利用する場合のセル構成、利用可能な周波数帯域ならびに周波数チャネルを明らかにした。 |
| 抄録(英) | Satellite communication systems using ATC (Ancillary Terrestrial Components) have been recently drawing a significant deal of attention, where terrestrial networks supplement satellite networks when satellite networks are unable to use. In ATC satellite communications, an identical small mobile terminal can be used in both satellite networks and terrestrial networks by using common frequency bands. Based on the same concept as ATC, "Satellite/Terrestrial Integrated Mobile Communication System" has been proposed to ensure the telecommunication services even in the case of disasters, anytime and anywhere. The proposed "Satellite/Terrestrial Integrated Mobile Communication System" is expected to use the common frequency bands by sharing the frequency band assigned to satellite systems with terrestrial mobile communication systems, aiming at efficient frequency utilization and easy implementation of satellite/terrestrial dual use mobile terminal. This report discusses the frequency sharing issue for "Satellite/Terrestrial Integrated Mobile Communication System". It shows the frequency sharing conditions derived from the antenna pattern on board the satellite, and describes the cellular configurations of satellite and terrestrial systems, re-usable frequency bandwidth and re-usable frequency channels. |
