Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Multiuser multiple-input multiple-output (MU-MIMO) has been attracted much attention for improving total system capacity. In multiuser MIMO, multiple wireless terminals (WTs) create a virtual large array antenna. Hence, effect obtained single user MIMO with a lot of antennas is expected even for simple WTs. We proposed a multiuser detection (MUD) method that can separate the signals regardless of the difference in the arrival timing between the WTs. In the proposed MUD, since the frequency-domain MUD is carried out with overlapping the FFT windows, signals can be detected with little performance degradation regardless of the difference in the arrival timing. However, accurate weight estimation becomes essential for the MUD. In this paper, we propose a weight estimation method regardless of the difference in the arrival timing between WTs and the effectiveness of the proposed method is confirmed by computer simulation.
