Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Channel state information (CSI) in MIMO-OFDM eigenbeam space division multiplexing (E-SDM) is returned from receiver to transmitter, and each transmitting antenna can be gotten adaptive power allocation. This paper proposes reduction algorithm of amount of CSI feedback in MIMO-OFDM systems. As a result, the proposed method can reduce amount of CSI by 12%, while transmission capacity is reduced 10%. Moreover transmission capacity can be increased by using space diversity.
