Abstract(in Japanese) | (See Japanese page) |
Abstract(in English) | The advantage of single carrier modulation with frequency domain equalization (SC-FDE) includes lower PAPR (Peak to Average Power Ratio) than that of OFDM and its good BER perfomance equivalent to that of OFDM. However, conventional SC-FDE needs Cyclic Prefix (CP) insertion to avoid inter-block interference due to multi-path fading, resulting in inefficient frequency utilization. To solve the above-mentioned problem, this paper proposes zero CP Single Carrier modulation scheme using overlap FDE (ZCP-SCFDE) and shows the performance evaluation results by computer simulation. |
