| 抄録(和) | OFDM方式は,PAPRが非常に大きくなるという問題がある.その対策として,効率よくPAPRを低減可能なクリッピングとフィルタリングを用いた手法がこれまでに提案されている.しかし,この手法では非線形ひずみにより信号品質が劣化するという問題があった.一方,クリッピングを基に,より効率よくPAPRを低減することが可能なオーバークリッピングも提案されているが,この手法を用いたとしても信号品質の劣化は避けられない.そこで本稿では,オーバークリッピングに伴う信号品質の劣化を解析するとともに,信頼度情報の利用により演算量を大幅に削減可能な準最尤推定法を提案する.計算機シミュレーションより,オーバークリッピングと提案する準最尤推定法を組み合わせることで,信号品質の劣化を抑えるとともに,PAPRを低減できることを確認した. |
| 抄録(英) | A major drawback of orthogonal frequency division multiplexing (OFDM) systems has traditionally been their high peak-to-average power ratio (PAPR). To overcome this problem, a number of techniques have been developed. The clipping and filtering is one of the most effective techniques to reduce PAPR. However, the clipping and filtering technique has a problem to generate a non-linear distortion which involves a degradation of signal quality. The overclipping and filtering technique is more effective to reduce PAPR and a non-linear distortion, but the degradation of the signal quality is unavoidable. In this paper, we analyze the degradation due to the overclipping and filtering based on clipping and filtering theory, and propose a quasi-maximum likelihood estimation method having reduced complexity to improve bit error rate (BER) performance. As a result, we can obtain a low PAPR and good BER performance by combining the over-clipping and filtering and the quasi-maximum likelihood estimation. |
