Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Adaptive predistorter is an effective technique to compensate nonlinear distortion in power amplifier. As a method to improve the parameter convergence speed in the predistorter, a series expansion technique with orthogonal polynomials has been proposed. In this paper, we evaluate parameter convergence speed of coefficients of the orthogonal polynomials in the adaptive predistorter. In addition, we show that parameter convergence speed is improved by using step size of resursive equation based on orthogonal coefficients.
