Abstract(in Japanese) | (See Japanese page) |
Abstract(in English) | In this paper, it considered modeling of nonlinearity and detailed analysis of direct sampling mixer (DSM). It had been an explanation for the ideal DSM as the combination of FIR filters and IIR filters using ideal elements, but this operation is different from actual operation for the parasitic elements. Therefore, I show a detailed analysis where the influence thought about actual elements was used, and the various characteristics of DSM were measured by the transfer function modeling that had been obtained from detailed analysis. In this model, it was built into nonlinearity in consideration of the MOS switch. |
