Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) In this study, 8.4GHz band low-profile multilayer Ultra-Wide-Band bandpass filters (UWB-BPFs) using an open-ended λ/2 resonator and λ/4 resonators based on Low Temperature Co-fired Ceramics (LTCC) technologies are proposed. The proposed BPFs are simulated by an electromagnetic simulator. And then, the filters are also fabricated and measured. As a result, we have confirmed that the specified wide-passband characteristics and stop-band characteristics with attenuation poles are obtained. We have also confirmed the good agreement between the simulated and experimental results.
