| Abstract(in English) | This paper reports on the "Mobile-phone based patient-data management support system" currently under development as a measure for adult diseases. From a viewpoint of personal information protection, patient-data is stored within a patient' own mobile-phone to be carried around, without using any public server over the Internet. Day to day, a patient inputs his/her blood-sugar level into a mobile-phone. At a hospital, the patient data can be read out only when a doctor holds the patient's mobile phone over the FeliCa reader, thus achieves secure access. We plan to conduct a demonstration experiment at the Tsukuba University Hospital when application development is completed. |
