Network Error-Correcting Codes for Network with Delay

Abstract(in English) We propose two algorithms for constructing network error-correcting codes on a network with delays. One algorithm can construct the codes on directed acyclic network with lower computational complexity than the other one. The other one can construct the codes on directed cyclic network, but it requires higher computational complexity. We also compare these algorithms in terms of decoding complexity, correctable error condition and the field size required for constructing codes.
