| Abstract(in English) | There is possibility to make new digital divide occur in the transition for Digital Terrestrial Broadcasting (DTB) in Japan. The divide occurs by economic, age, physical, and geographical factors, and it makes the difference of diffusion, service, and benefit. The main contribution of this study is to clarify the possibility of new digital divide by DTB and to propose the optional policy for reducing divide. |
