| Abstract(in English) | This paper investigates and analyses the trends of technical developments, market forecast, patent application and standardization regarding Nano-imprinting technologies, and provides a suggestion on strategies of its future technology developments. In particular, it compares the relevant technology developments in Japan, Europe and the U.S, and points out the importance of pursuing all the three implementation technologies of Nano-imprinting. Also, it proposes the work items for its standardization which is still in the initial stage. |
