| 抄録(和) | 近年,家庭内の各電化製品をネットワーク化したホームネットワークについて動きが見られる.本稿では,ホームネットワークに関する標準化動向,特許出願動向,パテントプール等の調査結果から,ホームネットワークの現状について考察する.標準化団体が複数あること,必要なサービスがない等の見解を得た.特許出願に関しては白物家電において通信にかかる出願は少ない.放送通信やオーディオ,セキュリティに係る製品の特許は多く,技術の標準化やパテントプールの形成の可能性がある.エンドユーザが様々な意見を持つ分野でもあるため,エンドユーザの意見を取り入れた標準の作成が重要であると考える. |
| 抄録(英) | Recently, there is a growing activity of home networks where various electrical goods are networked with each other. This paper investigates the standardization, patent application, patent pools for the home network, and points out the divergence in standardization, and the lack of the required services. It also shows the very few activity of patent applications on communications between the white electrical goods. On the contrary, a great amount of patents are applied regarding broadcasting, audio and security related products, which shows the possible advantages of progressing standardization and forming patent pools. Furthermore, it points out the importance of hearing the end users' voice since they tend to have a lot of opinions in this field. |
