Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) As a result, a low voltage, a large current, and the high-speed transition response came to be demanded from power supply (VRM) for the microprocessor. Pulse-duration modulation (PWM) of the time ratio is chiefly used for the output control of VRM. In this research, the method to use the deruta-sigma modulation control digitalized to the output control of VRM is adopted. It reports on the experiment result of controlling single phase DC-DC buck converter with the basic characteristic and this control circuit of the digitalized delta-sigma modulation control circuit.
