Abstract(in English) We are researching an active tag system (layered active tag system) that utilizes a new bi-directional short-range wireless communication. We think this system is a new solution of ubiquitous network to realize a secure and safe society. In this report, we introduce a new model to communicate in a wide area using this tag system with only a short-range wireless communication facility. We report our experiment using prototype system. To develop this tag system a new realistic simulation system is needed; we report on the requirements for the realistic simulator.
