| 抄録(和) | 本報告は,OTAと接地キャパシタによるマルチモードのバイカッド回路の合成について検討している.損失積分器と無損失積分器による基本ループ構造をプロトタイプとし,伝達アドミタンスモード,電流モード,電圧モード,および伝達インピーダンスモードにおけるバイカッド回路の合成を行っている.本回路は,出力端子の選択により低域通過特性,帯域通過特性,高域通過特性,帯域除去特性,全域通過特性が実現でき,回路パラメータω_0,Q,HもOTAのバイアス電流により直交的に設定することができる.また,回路の構成要素の変動が回路特性に与える影響についても,素子感度を用いて検討を行い,本回路が低素子感度特性を有することを明らかにしている.PSPICEシミュレーションによる実現例を示し,本バイカッド回路が良好に動作することを確認している. |
| 抄録(英) | This paper presents a realization of multiple-mode biquadratic circuit employing operational transconductance amplifiers (OTAs) and grounded capacitors. The basic circuit configuration is obtained from a second-order integrator loop structure consisting of loss-less and lossy integrators. The biquadratic circuits can realize low-pass, band-pass, high-pass, band-stop and all-pass transfer functions by suitably choosing the output terminals. Additionally, the circuit parameters w_0, Q and H can be set orthogonally through adjusting the bias currents of the OTAs. It is shown from sensitivity analysis that the biquadratic circuits enjoy very low sensitivity to the circuit elements. Some examples are given together with simulated results by PSPICE. |
