| 抄録(和) | 本報告は,電流制御型DVCC (DVCCC)による電流モードバイカッド回路について検討している.本バイカッド回路は無損失積分器による基本ループ構造をプロトタイプとし,2個のプラス型DVCCCと2個の接地キャパシタにより構成されている.本回路は,入出力電流の選択により低域通過特性,帯域通過特性,高域通過特性,帯域除去特性,および全域通過特性を実現することができる.また,回路パラメータω_0,Qの値もバイアス電流とキャパシタにより直交的に設定できる.回路の構成要素の変動が回路特性に与える影響について,素子感度より本回路が低素子感度特性を有することを明らかにしている.さらに,DVCCCの不完全性の影響についても,電流利得,および電圧利得を考慮して検討を行っている.PSPICEシミュレーションによる実現例を示し,本回路が良好に動作することを確認している. |
| 抄録(英) | This paper introduces a current-mode biquadratic circuit employing differential voltage current-controlled current conveyors (DVCCCs). The biquadratic circuit is constructed with two plus type DVCCCs and two grounded capacitors. The circuit can realize low-pass, band-pass, high-pass, band-stop and all-pass transfer functions by suitably choosing the input and output terminals. Additionally, the circuit parameters ω_0 and Q can be set orthogonally through adjusting the bias currents and grounded capacitors. It is shown from sensitivity analysis that the biquadratic circuit enjoys very low sensitivity to the circuit elements. The effect of non-idealities of the DVCCC on the circuit characteristic is also discussed considering the current and voltage gains. An example is given together with simulated results by PSPICE. |
