Abstract(in English) One of the important requirements for digital watermarking is robustness against clipping attacks. Especially for audio data, an attacker can clip a part of the audio data, or shift the synchronization intentionally. One of the other powerful attacks is MP3 compression. The watermark system should have robustness against MP3 compression with certain bit rates as well as clipping attack. In this study, we propose a watermarking method which has robustness against such a clipping attack and de-synchronization based on cyclic property of error correcting code as the cyclically permutable code. To obtain high reliability of watermarking, we use LDPC code with the cyclic property. In the extracting stage of the watermark data, we apply sum-product decoding algorithm using multidimensional soft-information. In the soft-information, we newly apply power spectrum analysis of audio data with ordinary one.
