Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) In this paper we have proposed a novel receiver structure using SC-FDE (Single-Carrier Frequency Domain Equalization), which exhibits good BER performances like OFDM and MC-CDMA on MIMO (Multiple-Input Multiple-Output) frequency selective fading channels. The SC-FDE is used for the frequency domain equalization at the first stage in the receiver, and then the ISI canceller and MLD (Maximum Likelihood Detection) are used for the time domain equalization at the next stage. This time domain equalization has been done iteratively and improved the estimation quality obtained from the SC-FDE. Computer simulation results show the effectiveness of the proposed receiver structure.
