Abstract(in English) We analyzed the emission inside the OLED device and investigated the newly proposed light enhancement OLED device. We introduced a micro bump light scattering layer and achieved a light enhancement factor of 1.36. In order to improve the enhancement factor, reducing the absorption of the scattering layer as well as optimization of light interference and scattering efficiency is important.
