Abstract(in English)	Researches and developments of a future network that will emerge beyond NGN and B3G have already started. The key of the researches worldwide is to adopt a clean-slate approach in designing the future network from a mobile and wireless perspective, creating a clean, new network detached from legacy concept and technologies including Internet protocol. This report introduces R & D trends of new generation network or post-IP network in US, EU, Korea and Japan, and research issues, expecting that you will start research on new generation network and that research community will develop in Japan.
