Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Holographic two-photon microfabrication method performs high-speed parallel processing inside photoresist using a computer-generated hologram displayed on a liquid-crystal spatial light modulator. We demonstrate the parallel microfabrication using a combination the holographic parallel irradiation with the lateral translation of sample stage. We also demonstrate two-and three-dimensional structures by the holographic two-photon microfabrication.
