| 抄録(和) | 近年,マルチスライスCTの登場により高精細な3次元CT画像が得られるようになってきた.特に時間分解能と体軸方向の空間分解能が向上し,3次元画像解析に期待が持たれている.この中で,肺を肺葉・肺区域に分割することは肺病変の診断や治療に有用な情報を与える.本論文ではマルチスライスCT画像から肺を肺葉・肺区域に分割するアルゴリズムについて述べる.肺葉分割アルゴリズムは,葉気管支・肺血管・葉間裂情報を用いる.肺区域分割アルゴリズムは,区域気管支と半自動で抽出した肺動脈情報を用いる.本肺葉・肺区域分割アルゴリズムをマルチスライスCT画像20症例に適用した.肺葉分割の結果はゴールデンスタンダードとの高い一致率を示した.肺区域分割は2名の専門医によって指摘された12症例の50結節の区域名と比較し,すべての結節の区域名と一致した. |
| 抄録(英) | Recently, a high resolution 3D-CT image can be obtained through multi-slice CT. Particularly, time resolution and spatial resolution improve, and three-dimensional image analysis is expected.Classifying lung into lung lobes and lung segments gives useful information to diagnosis and treatment of lung diseases. In this paper, % we describe an algorithm which classifies lungs into lung lobes and lung segments from multi-slice CT image. we describe algorithms which classify lungs into lung lobes and lung segments from multi-slice CT images. The classification algorithm of lung lobes is efficiently carried out using information of lung blood vessel, bronchus, and interlobar fissure. On the other hand,the classification algorithm of lung segments is carried out using information of bronchus and pulmonary artery. Applying the classification algorithms to multi-slice CT images of 20 cases, we demonstrate the usefulness of the proposed algorithms. |
