| 抄録(和) | 現在我々は,核磁気共鳴顕微鏡(Magnetic Resonance Microscope:MRM)によるヒト胚子標本3次元画像データベースの検索表示システムを構築中である.データベースを利用する際,標本間の形態を視覚的に比較することが求められるが,そのためにはデータベース中の標本群の姿勢の正規化がある程度行われていることが必要となる.手動作業のみで姿勢の正規化を行った場合,作業者への負担が大きく,処理の誤りは避けられない.上記の問題を解決するために,本研究では標本の姿勢推定を自動的に行う手法を提案する.提案手法では,標本領域画素分布の主成分分析と,標準画像とのテンプレートマッチングにより,処理の実現を図る.本報告では,大規模な3次元画像データ群を用いて手法の評価を行い,その有効性を示す. |
| 抄録(英) | We are constructing a data retrieval and presentation system for a morphological database (DB) of the three-dimensional (3D) Magnetic Resonance Microscopy (MRM) images obtained from human embryo specimens. In order to visually compare the morphologies of specimens in DB, it is necessary to standardize their postures. However, manual standardization requires heavy workload for operators and may introduce standardization error. The purpose of this study is to develop an automated method to estimate and correct the postures of specimens. We propose a method that uses principal component analysis for special distributions of pixels of specimen regions in images and template matching with a standard image. We show the effectiveness of estimating postures by applying this method to a large amount of 3D images of human embryo specimens. |
