| Abstract(in English) | We consider a M/M/c/K queuing system with time-out scheme. We try approach of Markov for non-Markov model and present its application range. We suggested a theoretical formula of a basic traffic model to use for quality evaluation in steady state. We show a basic equation of the quality evaluation in a Web site consisting of multi-servers. |
