| 抄録(和) | 本研究では,プロジェクトマネジメントのロールプレイ演習システム,PROMASTERによるグループワークに人を代替するエージェントの適用を提案する.本稿では,ロールプレイ演習中にエージェントがとる基本的な行動は,学習者の実際の行動を分析した結果から,情報提示,意見交換,合意,挨拶,相槌の5種類であると定義した.5種類の定義した行動を実装したエージェントをロールプレイ演習に参加させ,エージェントの振る舞いを調べた熱実験の結果,人と区別がっかない振る舞いを行うには,他の学習者からの呼びかけへの応答と発言のタイミングの制御が必要であることが分かった. |
| 抄録(英) | This paper proposes a method to make an agent participate in a group work of role-play training providing project management education environment as an alternative for human. The five basic actions which an agent should execute while a role-play study are defined from the results of an analysis of learned behaviors of a human. These actions are as follows: offer information to other learners, exchange opinions each other, agree on decision made by a team, greet each other, and give responses. These five defined actions are implemented in the agent playing a role of a stakeholder in a scenario and the behaviors of the agent are observed. From the results of the experiment of the agent supported role-play study, in order for an agent to behave like a human, the timing of response to calls from other learners and sending message through a chat should be precisely controlled. |
