| 抄録(和) | 我が国の屋内広帯域・高速電力線搬送通信(PLC)設備の技術基準は、LCLが16dBに於けるコモンモード(CM)電流の許容値により、99%の確率で漏洩電界を離隔距離10m及び30mで周囲雑音以下に抑制出来るとしている。ところが、現実に周囲雑音を40dB以上超過する漏洩電界を発生する。この漏洩電界の超過原因を探求する為に、技術基準を満たす複数のPLCモデムからの漏洩電界及びその他関連を測定し、技術基準の問題点を考察した。 |
| 抄録(英) | The Japanese regulation and rules on in-house broadband and high speed power line communication (PLC) were enforced on 4 October 2006, and supposed, with 99% probability, to suppress the radiated electric field (REF) at a distance of 10m or 30m, below the ambient noise level by restricting the common mode (CM) current measured by an ISN with LCL=16dB. However actual excess of REF is higher than the ambient noise level by more than 40dB. Thus we measured the REF, LCL and the ambient noise level by using a few commercially available PLC modems in order to investigate the origin of the excess REF and possible problems of the technical basis for the Japanese PLC modem. |
