| 抄録(和) | コンピュータへの入力手段としてキーボードやマウスなどが広く用いられている.いずれも手による操作が前提になっているため,手の不自由な身体障害者がコンピュータを操作する際の障害となっている.本稿では,音源の三次元的な位置の推定が可能な三次元音声ポインティングデバイスに,音声や呼気を吹きかけながら口先または顔を移動させることで,カーソルを操作するインタフェースについて報告する.提案インタフェースでは,三次元音声ポインティングデバイスを用いることで,口先の上下左右方向への移動によるカーソル操作だけでなく,前後方向への移動による画面のズーム機能を実現している.この機能により画面上の大域的な移動と,小さなボタンやアイコンのクリックなどの局所的な操作がスムーズに行えるようになっている.画面上に表示した大きさの異なるアイコンまでのカーソル移動とクリック操作のタスクで評価した結果,ズーム機能により操作性が改善されることが示された. |
| 抄録(英) | A mouse or keyboard is widely used as an input device for operating computers. However, because these devices are controlled by hands, it prevents handicapped people who can hardly move their hands from operating the computers. In this paper, we propose a novel interface that controls the cursor on a screen with 3-dimensional speech pointing device. The 3D speech pointing device can estimate 3D position of the user's mouth while the user makes an utterance. The user can control the cursor by moving the mouth making an utterance on a vertical surface. In addition, we implement a zoom function of the screen so that the user can adjust the cursor position when the user wants the cursor to point a small button or icon. The user can control the zoom function by moving the head to the forward or backward. We confirmed the effectiveness of the zoom function by the experimental results. |
