| Abstract(in English) | An illustration of most moving passage that they used a paper medium with the three-dimensional copy or BRAILLE Printer for as the method how the visually impaired contacted with a figure and an image routinely conventionally has been used. In contrast, in late years the device that a lot of pins called Tactile Visual Display were had built-in was developed. I can mention various form in real time if I utilize this. By this report, I pay my attention to Tactile Visual Display linking a personal computer and develop the structure which can touch a figure of various most moving passages via the Internet and report the process that I monitored. I can offer the same environment touching the image on the Internet routinely to the visually impaired through Tactile Visual Display @ now, and a person of emmetropic eye wants to investigate the nature. |
