| 抄録(英) | The efficiency of problem solving in small groups has been considered by some situational and psychological factors. Two support tools, a traditional pen-and-pencil set and an interactive shared table display(Lumisight Table), were used in order to compare their effects on leadership behaviors and conflicts resolution in problem-solving tasks. Lumisight Table brought better group performances in problem solving than the pen-and-pencil set. Participants accomplished the tasks were more extroverted than those did not when Lumisight Table was employed, while the pen-and-pencil set did not produce this difference. Less mundane and indirect interaction elicits the effects of participants' personality traits. Participants accomplished the tasks were more satisfied, have more leadership consciousness and less conflict than participants not accomplished. Future application of Lumisight Table to the social skills training and the effects of communication media on group performance are discussed in relation to social presence. |
