| Abstract(in English) | IP-based private network system is being desired with the change of social conditions and network infrastructure. In this situation, we are developing the next generation private network system. To design system architecture, we focused on the press-talk which is an essential application. It requires the processes to page base stations and set up their broadcast radio channels. The issue is the functional layout of the function to determine the paged base stations. We adopted the distributed approach that the determination function is embedded in each access gateway. This approach can minimize the impact of system modification in case of adding new radio access network in the future. |
