| Abstract(in English) | Intensive research on optical interconnection over optical circuit boards has been undertaken for such applications as high-end routers, servers and cellular phones. And these optical circuit boards are expected to be used for multi-mode optical fibers and multi-mode optical waveguides. This makes it very important to standardize the general and test and measurement procedures for the optical circuit boards. This paper describes recent trends in the international standardization of optical circuit boards for IEC. |
