| 抄録(和) | これまで、片持ち梁を用いた高精度に位置を決められる装置によってコンタクトを低速で動かし、コンタクト同士が接触した瞬間に電極を止め、通電の瞬間から接触電圧を測定してきた。接触電圧の変化を詳細に観察したところ、接触電圧がステップ的に変化していた。ステップ的電圧の変化は、接触点が増えたことによって生じたものと推察され、この変化の観察が接触点の分析につながることが期待される。本報では、片持ち梁を用いた装置ならびに、新たに試作した接触力200gを与えられる装置の二種類でコンタクト同士を接触させたときに測定した接触電圧の変化を比較する。 |
| 抄録(英) | Contact voltages have been measured from the instance of flowing currents. The contact was moved slowly by the machine that was able to control the position precisely by using the cantilever, and the movable contact was stopped at the instance of contacting. The step-like variations of contact voltage were observed by precise observations. It is expected that the step-like variation of the contact voltage leads to the analysis of the contact spot, because this variation is caused by increasing the number of the contact spot. In this paper, the comparison will be carried out to the variations of contact voltages measures by two machines. One is the machine by using the cantilever and the other is the newly developed machine that supplies the contact force of 200g. Palladium contacts will be investigated. |
