Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Contact voltages have been measured from the instance of flowing currents. The contact was moved slowly by the machine that was able to control the position precisely by using the cantilever, and the movable contact was stopped at the instance of contacting. The step-like variations of contact voltage were observed by precise observations. It is expected that the step-like variation of the contact voltage leads to the analysis of the contact spot, because this variation is caused by increasing the number of the contact spot. In this paper, the comparison will be carried out to the variations of contact voltages measures by two machines. One is the machine by using the cantilever and the other is the newly developed machine that supplies the contact force of 200g. Palladium contacts will be investigated.
